KtR Spring into Pride FUNdraiser

KtR needs your help to FUNdraise for the public programming we have planned for Pride 2023. For the first time, KtR plans to have a booth a both NYC AND Chicago Pridefest. Every year, we have been able to sign up over 400 new volunteers and make important connections with other nonprofit organizations that serve LGBTQ+ youth. Attending Chicago Pridefest will allow Knit the Rainbow to build a community of Chicago volunteers and a network of Chicago LGBTQ+ Community Organizations.

Additionally, KtR will attend h+h americas in Chicago this June. Last year, we signed up hundreds of volunteers and made connections with over 15 new Local Yarn Shops that now serve as drop off locations.

Lastly, we hope to offer some exciting programming, like Stitch and Sips, specifically for our Chicago and NYC volunteers during Pride month.

We need your help to be able to attend each of these events and create programming during Pride month so that we can continue to spread the word about our mission to keep houseless LGBTQ+ youth warm.
